In January of 2022, Grace City Church relocated and relaunched at the corner of Broadway and Park Avenue in the heart of downtown Denver. Join us on Sunday mornings at the completely reimagined Asterisk Denver events venue (1075 Park Avenue West), where we’ve partnered with the owners to create a welcoming, safe environment for all ages.
Our vision is to be a centrally-located, inclusive church that intentionally pursues younger generations and takes the Gospel to the everyday street level where our neighbors live, work, gather, and create.
Centrally located: Cities, like individual lives, are best changed from the inside out. We must go where culture is being forged, where both the needs and opportunities are great, if we want to see our city flourish. That’s why we’re making our home between RiNo and LoDo, just blocks from the business district, Central Market, Coors Field, and some of Denver’s best dining and entertainment – and right in the middle of a half dozen ministries serving those experiencing homelessness and addiction.
Inclusive: Churches tend to be either-or: either black or white, rich or poor, liberal or conservative, head or heart. By design, we aim to be as diverse and inclusive as the Gospel itself. We want the transient, the artist, the longtime resident, and the entrepreneur to feel equally at home here.
Younger generations: We’re an intergenerational church that’s intentional about developing the youth and young adults who are the present and future of the church. Don’t wait to serve when you’re older. You have incredible gifts, passion, and vision now!
Everyday street level: We exist to equip you for the 99% of life that happens outside of church on Sunday mornings. Thousands of you have come to the neighborhood to live, to work, to gather, and to create. We believe the Gospel has a lot to say about how you do each of those things with love and with excellence.
